Found this gem by pure accident immediately welcomed even if i was only here for a carryout order the atmosphere felt warm and inviting cheerful lady took my order and a hardy wave from the cook in the back and away my order went extremely quick i might add keep up the good work will return for sure

I've been a customer of this amazing restaurant for the past 4 years. I eat here every chance I get and I've never left feeling unsatisfied. The owners are great, very friendly and it feels good to support a small family ran business who honestly care about their customers and the food they put out. It might sound weird, but I can honestly taste the love in every bite :) It honestly amazes me how fast they have your food ready too, whether you dine-in or order takeout your food will be ready in no less than 15 minutes. This is a amazing business, with amazing food and is ran by a wonderful and appreciative family. Thank you guys for every delicious meal you've served and have yet to serve me. :)

The go to for Asian Cuisine. Best Tso and Curry in the area!

Amazing, fresh, reasonably priced food. Every meal we've eaten there has been excellent! Try the Musamon curry or Thai style curried beef!

High price for a small serving

We started coming here because it was an option that we just decided on, but now we make a point to come because every experience eating here has been so pleasant. The food is delicious, and the owners and employees have always been professional and friendly. It seems like they really care about the quality of the restaraunt.

Thai cashew beef dish is our favorite. Highly recommend. Great lunch special options. One of my favorite restaurants in Stevens Point.

I can't speak for the food because we left before placing an order...As we entered the facility we sat down at a table. The owner told us we couldn't sit at the round tables, but we didn't understand what she was trying to say. Because we didn't understand, she started getting really rude...even after we moved. The rudeness made us uncomfortable so we walked out and chose another place. I understand people have good days and bad days, I see mixed reviews on how she can be nice and others saying she is rude. But first impressions are huge and I will not be going back.

Great food for a reasonable price

I still like this Chinese restaurant the best in Stevens Point. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh and hot every time.Since my husband works close to this place now, is a great place to meet up at when he's done with work or during his lunch hour. It is such a great place for food and for a great service. It isn't hard to get your food right away as it's very quick. You can also order it over the phone and pick it up. It is always fresh and hot, like I said before, but it hasn't changed and it has only gotten better.

The food is mmmm ok the service was not bad

Hidden behind the guise of a Chinese restaurant is one of the best Thai and Southeast Asian restaurants in Central Wisconsin. From Pad Thai, to their Musamon Curry their unique menu is sure to please. The decor and ambiance are typical for a take out place, but to be honest people only go here for the food. Try it out and your taste buds will thank you.

Best Chinese food in town hands down

We had high hopes for this place when we saw they had Pad Thai, but were severely dissapointed with everything. The fried rice tasted like it was made with a ramen seasoning packet, the sauce in their "Happy Family" had no flavor except beef bouillon and was watery, the Pad Thai tasted like it was made with Aunt Jemima syrup, no peanuts, and was so soupy it was difficult to eat. They forgot our order of spring rolls and messed up the spiciness of our orders. Overall very dissapointed. We won't be back.

Quick lunch service, awesome price and great food!

From out of town and went there while visiting Stevens Point. Did not disappoint. The food all came out hot and fresh, full of flavour and a great texture. The price was great.

Take-out Red Curry (tofu) from Green Tea is my go-to comfort food!

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. Friendly staff, great food, very fair prices, and one of the best General Tso's chickens I've ever had in my life make this one of my favorite places to go to.

This is my favorite Asian cuisine restaurant in the area. Their food is authentic, made with real ingredients, made to order and comes out within 10-15 min. The prices are extremely reasonable and you can get a lunch dish cheaper than any fast food nonsense. You can even order to go on the spot or call ahead. The staff do not slack here, they make sure you are well taken care of, as quickly as possible. It's not the fanciest place, but I love it!

Green tea has been a regular place for me to visit for the past 15 years. The food is always good and the prices are really great at lunch hour. Everything's a couple dollars more at night, so ultimately I try to go there before 3 pm to get the good lunch. My favorite dishes are the 3 curry dishes (masuman is my most ordered) - it's fantastic and I've tried a lot of curry at a lot of places. They give generous portion sizes and make most stuff fresh.

Open for Christmas day, our service was pleasant and speedy. We were happily greeted and had the option to sit wherever we wanted.Our service opened with freshly brewed loose leaf green tea that was hot and served in a mug. An order of six large dumplings followed suit. We ordered three dishes and each one was delicious. The sweet and sour chicken dish had fresh, light batter and the chicken was moist and tender inside. The szechuan lamb dish had excellent flavor. The house chow fun was hot, well seasoned, and yummy. We were surprised at the end of our meal with a great tasting free small slice of lemon cake. Overall, we were all greatly satisfied with our experience. We would go back again for sure!

I have been hurting for quality Mandarin AND quality Thai since moving to the area. Green T not only has acceptable classics in both categories, but a couple impressive dishes which show true innovation in blending both.Thier soups in particular are quite nice.

Will never go back there again. Ordered food for delivery and they made the wrong food. When I called back to have the order maybe fixed or refunded, I was transferred to a rude, either owner or waitress, and she said that there can not be any refunds, I was wrong for stating that I ordered the wrong food, even though I have the receipt in my hand, and then to top things off, she hung up on me. VERY RUDE and WILL NOT refer anyone to this establishment. First time going there and I will say it was the last time.

We've eaten here for years. They have no buffet which is a plus because the service is actually fast for a fresh well-prepared meal. This is a family run restaurant, very clean, reasonably priced. We judge other oriental restaurants against Green Tea for quality. Easy to find on Main street in the central downtown area.

I can't believe how fast my food was ready or how delicious it was. Fresh ingredients, well prepared.

Rude! Rude!- From beginning to end- In my 50 years this is the rudest waitress I have experienced across many states. Even if the food had been good- which it wasn't-Small portions, canned soda, gristle in the meat- The rude comments and snotty attitude would have ruined the evening. Too bad, my husband and I are able to eat out rarely. We leave generous tips when we do eat out, but this is the first time I left no tip. We will not be going back.

My absolute favorite Chinese place, I've eaten at dozens upon dozens of Chinese restaurants all throughout the Midwest but none of them come close to Green Tea, awesome prices, awesome deals for students and awesome service. What is nice is that with most dishes you tell them how spicy you want it in a scale of 1-5, 5 being the hottest which allows you to adjust the heat to your liking. Plus as their name implies they offer free green tea.

Very nice little restaurant. Great lunch specials. I usually get the Sesame Chicken with egg or spring rolls. Ask for the spicy mustard to go with your rolls. They also offer free green tea.

I give 5 stars for what it is, quick, pretty good and very reasonable! I don't care for their Pad Thai, think it's a bit too saucy... The General Tso seems a little off but still good. The sweet&sour chicken is great! I also like their Mapo Tofu and curries. The Mongolian beef is good too. I hope to one day buy a regular meal but so far I have just ordered off the cheap lunch menu. They do use a good amount of fish sauce so if that's a problem for you, well tough! I once asked for hot mustard to go with my egg roll and pissed off the lady who runs the place for a couple weeks... Speaking of her, she works hard, she's tiny but packs a big punch. Her husband who works in the kitchen is very approachable...What they call "fried rice" is white rice turned yellow??? BTW, all you can drink hot green tea included with your meal...Also, their fortunes are vague and usually only half right.

I have been to this restaurant a number of times and every single time I go the food is incredible. The staff is extremely friendly and they always make sure guests leave happy. This is one of the few restaurants that I wouldn't be afraid to try anything on the menu. Everything I have ever had there is fresh, vibrant and delicious. This restaurant could very well be Stevens Point's best kept secret.

The sesame chicken was hard and crunchy, to me the chicken was cooked and the order was canceled. And guess I was the next Customer, and I received the chicken. The rice is more yellow then Hispanic rice not Chinese rice at all. The lady told us after we order that they had to close for a couple hours and basically walk back and forth a couple times. Like she wanted me and my two daughters to hurry up. Um excuse me the chicken was hard I took a couple of bits and was finish. My daughter got the sweet and sour chicken and the chicken was not good a funny taste my other daughter got the lo mine noodles with beef she said it was a ok. So if you feel like I have a craving for Chinese food I would try some where else. Sorry green tea for this bad review. But you have to live up to your name. Hopefully this helps.

Food was great, awesome portions. Atmosphere was cold, I got takeout and the sauce in the box spilled out. But would definitely get more sometime.

Wonderful food at a great price. Their lunch special comes with almost more food than you can handle. I only wish their food was a bit spicier. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a good meal Downtown.

Delicious, authentic food. Very reasonably priced. Friendly, fast service. Highly recommend this restaurant. So fast, you can even stop in on your lunch break. Or, place a carry-out order and it will be ready in 10 min.

Our family of 10 went here after graduation celebration. We all found something we like & all enjoyed what we got.I got General Tso's which was probably the best I've ever had. Also had a spring roll which was good.

Best chinese food in Stevens Point. Amazing locally/family owned super tasty food and amazing customer service! An employee once covered a small portion of my bill and wasn't upset I couldn't offer gratuity. Insisted I didn't have to pay the few dollars. In rue of bad karma, I drove back and tipped graciously.

Delicious, insanely fast, and good customer service. They memorized our order despite only going there 1-2 times a month. I once saw them chopping fresh broccoli in the back, which is a major plus in my book. They've got a huge menu yet never screwed up our order. On a few occasions they threw in some free egg rolls!

One of the better Chinese food restaurants. Combo Fried Rice is popular, as is most of their lunch specials.
